Terms of service

Effective: 30 July 2026 / Provider: soui

These terms govern the use of the Google Workspace add-on "calverge" ("the add-on"). By installing and using the add-on, you agree to these terms.

1. What is provided

The add-on lets you hold several candidate dates in Google Calendar at once, and — once the date is decided — keep the confirmed one while deleting the other candidates. The add-on is provided free of charge.

2. Conditions of use

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are not permitted:

4. About deleting events

By its nature, the add-on includes functionality that deletes calendar events. Deletion is limited to hold events the add-on created itself, and the add-on lists what will be removed and asks for your confirmation before doing so.

Your calendar is an asset you cannot undo. The add-on is designed and implemented to keep deletion narrowly scoped, but you are encouraged to keep your own backup of important events.

5. Disclaimer

The add-on is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, completeness of operation, or freedom from errors.

The provider is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the add-on, except in cases of the provider's intent or gross negligence.

The provider is not responsible for problems caused by changes to or outages of Google's services, or by the configuration of your Google Account.

6. Changes, suspension and termination

The provider may change the add-on, or suspend or discontinue it, without prior notice. Where discontinuation is planned, notice will be given on this website as far as reasonably possible.

If the service ends, events created up to that point remain in your calendar. Because the add-on stores no data externally, no events are lost.

7. Personal information

Information handled by the add-on is treated as described in the privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed as needed. Changed terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
